Making an impact on the world starts at home. It requires a strong foundation and healthy culture that supports people in doing what is often very difficult work. An organization with a thriving, collaborative, creative culture and values that are not only shared but lived by its people can do great things.
ACDI/VOCA certainly has done great things in our 6 decades of work thanks to the foundation we built and the culture we created. A culture like ours isn’t created by leadership alone. It’s more than a mission and list of values on paper. It takes the commitment and contributions of every single employee.
And so, it is in that spirit that we celebrate the honor of being named to USA Today’s list of Top Workplaces 2025 nationwide, ranking 23rd out of the more than 800 top-rated companies in our size category! What an accomplishment!
While coming at a time of great change in the development industry as well as for many of our staff, this award serves as a reminder of the power of strong values, transparent communication, and true teamwork.
