Sharon Ball is a senior director of Procurement & Logistics. In this role, she provides support and guidance to home office staff as well as project office staff located around the world in the areas of procurement procedures, compliance review, home office purchasing, and project shipping requirements. Sharon conducts procurement trainings to ensure compliance with ACDI/VOCA policies and systems. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2005, Sharon served as management in both food service and warehousing industries. She holds an MS in acquisition and supply chain management as well as an MBA from the University of Maryland.
