Rebekah Arnold is a director at ACDI/VOCA, providing project management oversight for market systems, livelihoods, and food security projects in Asia. Since joining ACDI/VOCA in 2008, Rebekah has served in various roles within the organization. She has managed projects and supported new business opportunities with USAID and the United States Department of Agriculture in 12 countries. She holds a BA in political science from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, and an MBA from George Mason University. Rebekah has earned certificates in systems practice, negotiation skills, facilitation, and gender and development as well as value chain methodology and analysis. She is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of French.
