Patrick Norrell is a project director managing ACDI/VOCA projects in Ghana and Myanmar and senior vice president of Inclusive Market Systems. He also leads our business development efforts in inclusive market systems, serving as technical lead or technical writer. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2018, Patrick led Tetra Tech’s Agriculture and Economic Growth team in Burlington, Vermont. Previously, he worked for CNFA for 14 years, beginning in field offices in Moldova, Ukraine, and Georgia, and later as vice president for program development in Washington, D.C. Patrick holds a BA in international relations from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and is fluent in English and Romanian.
