Mulinge Mukumbu is the Chief of Party of the USAID Resilience Learning Activity in Kenya. In this role, he guides and manages the project team in achieving the results set out by USAID/Kenya for ACDI/VOCA. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2024, for 25 years, Mulinge served as a Chief of Party for various USAID-funded programs around the world implemented by different organizations. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Nairobi, where he specialized in agricultural economics. Mulinge is fluent in English, Kiswahili, and Kikamba.
