Margaret Anderson is a senior director who provides technical leadership to our inclusive market systems projects and supports business development. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2022, Margaret led project management units for Feed the Future activities in Nigeria, Rwanda, and Ethiopia and worked with new business teams on proposals. She began her career in St. Petersburg, Russia, in the field of international education. Margaret holds an MBA in economics and general management from the University of Chicago, an MA in Russian studies from the European University at St. Petersburg (Russia), and a BA in political science and Russian studies from Reed College. She is fluent in English, Russian, and German. Margaret also holds a certificate in nutrition and health from Wageningen University (Netherlands).
