Glenn Lines is chief of party of the Ghana Market Systems and Resilience Activity. Previously, he served as chief of party of the USAID-funded Liberia Forest Incomes for Environmental Sustainability Activity. In this prior role, he was responsible for all program activity and technical direction and kept headquarters and other in-country chiefs of party apprised of matters of interest. Glenn also served as ACDI/VOCA’s country representative in Liberia and was responsible for all legal and corporate matters concerning operations. He represented ACDI/VOCA at events with host governments, United States government officials, or other donor organizations. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2017, Glenn served as a senior agriculture advisor and resident country director for the Millennium Challenge Corporation in Madagascar. He has a BS in political science and economics from the Ohio State University and an MS in agricultural economics from Cornell University. He is fluent in French.
