Giovanny Cuero Rincón is the deputy chief of party of the USAID/Honduras Transforming Market Systems Activity. In this role, he provides Activity technical oversight and supports technical directors as well as staff in developing and implementing interventions through the Partnership & Innovation Fund. He also supports the Chief of Party in public and private sector partnership development. Giovanny joined ACDI/VOCA in 2012 as the Economic Opportunities Manager for the USAID-funded Afro-Colombian and Indigenous Program in Colombia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito and a master’s degree in government and public policy from the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA)—Universidad Externado de Colombia program. He is fluent in Spanish and English. Giovanny received the ACDI/VOCA Presidential Award in 2015 for his business development achievements.
