Brian Meister is a senior vice president whose role spans high-level corporate accounting and legal duties. As a lawyer and Certified Public Accountant, Brian manages regulatory compliance, tax, and our systems for accounting, payroll, and other issues. He also serves as corporate secretary, facilitating our engagement with legal resources and outside legal counsel. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2022, Brian advised for-profit and non-profit organizations in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, leasing and asset finance, and corporate and non-profit tax. He holds a JD from the University of Maryland and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
