Art Gandilyan is a project director at ACDI/VOCA managing three projects in the Kyrgyz Republic and Tanzania. He also supports business development. Art joined ACDI/VOCA in 1993 supporting volunteers in its Armenia office. Beginning in 2001, he managed various development projects in Eastern Europe for organizations such as Mott MacDonald, WYG, and ARCADIS Euroconsult before returning to ACDI/VOCA in 2015. Art holds an MS in agronomy and crop science from the Armenia Agricultural Academy and AS in agribusiness from California State University, Fresno. He is fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English.
