Simon Muli is the deputy chief of party of Expanding Economic Opportunities under the Feed the Future Kenya Livestock Market Systems Activity. In this role, he provides technical leadership and oversees technical staff and county program managers across five counties in Kenya. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2021, Simon served as the deputy chief of party for a U.S. Department of Agriculture-funded project in Kenya, Tanzania, and Malawi implemented by Global Communities that expanded agricultural trade through market access and financing. He holds a BS in agricultural economics from Egerton University (Kenya) and an MBA in strategic management from the University of Nairobi (Kenya). He also holds a diploma in project management from the Kenya Institute of Management. Simon is fluent in English and Kiswahili.
