ACDI/VOCA is an NGO recognized for its commitment to helping farmers and agri-businesses sustainably improve their productivity, access markets and feed a growing population. Working at ACDI/VOCA to this end is an opportunity for me to achieve my goals of participating in rural development, promoting gender equality, women’s economic empowerment and the transfer of efficient farming practices.

Since joining ACDI/VOCA, I have supported the launch and management of three impact investment vehicles – AV Ventures Ghana, Central Asia Impact Fund, and the Impact for Northern Kenya Fund. Through these Funds, we have financed thousands of enterprises, boosted female entrepreneurship, fostered food security, confronted climate change, and created employment opportunities, even in some of the world’s most challenging terrains.

I’ve wanted to professionally support a mission that matters for my entire career life and I’m excited to be here!
