Karl Rosenberg is a Senior Director who manages programs and focuses on expanding ACDI VOCA’s portfolio in francophone West and Central Africa. Rosenberg has 30 years of experience in international development, with specific work in food security, food systems, agriculture, natural resource management, water resource management, community resilience, and economic growth programming in Africa and Haiti. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2022, Karl served as Chief of Party of the Feed the Future Senegal Kawolor and Yaajeende Activities and as the Regional Director for West and Central Africa for NCBA CLUSA. Karl started his career as a Peace Corps Inland Fisheries Volunteer in Gabon in 1992. He holds an MA from Johns Hopkins University SAIS and a BA from San Jose State University.
