Christine McClung
Christine McClung is a specialist of partnerships and catalyzing investments where she provides technical guidance and strategy for projects and proposals on improving access to finance. She also provides financial systems analysis and research and supports the design of private sector partnerships to help catalyze investment for projects. Christine joined ACDI/VOCA in 2016, where she most recently served as an associate manager and project specialist for projects in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, and Laos. She brings experience in financial services, enterprise development, and market systems development, including coursework in venture capital and private finance, partnering with multilateral development banks, and global financial crises and institutions. Christine holds a BA/BS in international business from High Point University and an MA in international commerce and policy from George Mason University. She also holds a certificate from Humentum in “USAID/Federal Rules and Regulations: Grants and Cooperative Agreements.”
