ACDI/VOCA announced today that it has added more honors to its list of 2024 Top Workplaces awards. The organization was recently awarded five additional CULTURE EXCELLENCE awards by Energage, the HR technology and research company behind the Top Workplaces employer recognition program.
Culture Excellence awards recognize organizations that excel in specific areas of workplace culture. They are granted based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. This fall ACDI/VOCA added the following culture honors to the five it received in the spring of 2024 (Innovation, Work-Life Flexibility, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership, Purpose & Values):
Woman-Led
This award celebrates outstanding organizations whose most senior leader is a woman. These leaders have fostered and built stand-out workplace cultures that perform. (Innovation Women, the visibility platform for women and underrepresented groups, co-published the Woman-Led Top Workplaces award, celebrating companies where women lead at the highest level and employees thrive. Employee Appreciation
This award celebrates organizations that demonstrate gratefulness for the efforts of employees, and that employees reciprocate by being motivated to give their best at work. (This year, Energage partnered with Nectar, a leader in employee rewards and recognition, to co-publish the Top Workplaces for Employee Appreciation award. The award honors companies where employees feel truly valued for their contributions.)

This award celebrates organizations that are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive place to work, no matter one’s background. This commitment is shared by all levels of the organization is felt by employees.

This award celebrates organizations that put the health and wellness of their employees at the center of their workplace culture.
