Raw data, stored in a relational database, allows for deep analysis which contextualizes project interventions and helps us understand why interventions are succeeding or failing. This allows for early-warning interventions that help ensure maximum relevance. In this example, we show how raw relational data can be used to resolve an interesting development in a hypothetical intervention in Uganda.
