ACDI/VOCA welcomes Luke Pingel as its new chief legal officer (CLO). Mr. Pingel has provided legal guidance to organizations in developing international markets for 20 years.
Most recently, he served as associate general counsel for Pacific Architects and Engineers (PAE), handling anti-corruption, internal compliance, and commercial litigation matters. Before that, he was corporate counsel and director of contracts for SOS International (SOSi). At the government contractor Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), he oversaw all aspects of contract management. Luke has a law degree from Santa Clara University and undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon.
He is skilled in helping program managers operate more effectively while delivering capacity-building and stabilization services in post-conflict and developing environments.
