Read AflaSTOP’s winning submission for USAID’s Collaboration, Learning and Adaptation (CLA) Case Competition. Using the experience with the grain dryer as a backdrop, this case study focuses on how a CLA approach is helping AflaSTOP overcome challenges and sustainably achieve our development objectives. It explores lessons learned around work planning, pilots and user testing with the private sector to enable learning and responsive adaptation, budgeting, sub-management, and the important links between communication and collaboration.
