Diana RoachSenior Director of Volunteer Programs Diana Roach, senior director of volunteer programs, has over 12 years of experience recruiting an annual average of 200 volunteer assignments. Her previous experience includes being director of marketing for an agriculture commodity group in Ohio. For the past four years Diana has managed our volunteer programs and pursued new business opportunities for volunteer activities from both USAID and nongovernment funding sources. She heads the effort to increase the VOCA Fund for the support of additional volunteer-related initiatives around the world. |

Diana BoniRecruiter for Volunteer Programs Diana Boni is a recruiter for volunteer programs and provides recruitment support for new business initiatives. She has been with ACDI/VOCA since 2006, following a year of private sector recruiting experience. She also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in El Salvador. Diana recruits for the Farmer-to-Farmer project in West Africa and the Cooperative Development Project in Paraguay, and helps other projects maximize the use of volunteers as needed. |

Patrick TracyRecruiter for Volunteer Programs Patrick Tracy has been a recruiter for volunteer programs since 2007. He recruits technical specialists for Egypt, Lebanon, Uganda, Kenya, Sudan and Rwanda. He also responds to requests from other projects that have occasional needs for volunteers. Prior experience includes 6 years of recruiting professionals for Fortune 500 companies and law firms. |

Laura ConnRecruitment Assistant Laura Conn joined ACDI/VOCA in February 2012 after working in fundraising at her alma mater St. Lawrence University and most recently in customer service as a manager at Starbucks. She has had extensive volunteer experience both in the United States and abroad through mainly construction projects in places like New Orleans, Tijuana, Mexico, and her hometown in Watertown, NY. Laura is also a current graduate student of International Affairs and Development at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. |
